TOPIC: LET THE ARK BE BACK - PART 1

TEXT: And let us bring again the ark of our God to us: for we enquired not at it in the days of Saul. 1 Chronicles 13:3 KJV

This week by the awesome grace of God, we will be examining the chronicles of the life of King David's roles and action in bringing the Ark of covenant back to Isreal. How he stood up to become the revivalist to take the catalyst test, the errors he committed in the process, his realizations and corrections.

The Ark of covenant is a great symbol to the Israelites. It announces the presence of God to them and at the same time is used in making enquiries from God on what to do and not do. But it's unfortunate that the Ark of covenant was taken away at the later end of King Saul reign. Hence, they lost the presence of God.

What and where is your own Ark of covenant that announces the presence of God to you or that you can use in making enquiries from God whenever the need arises? Have you lost it like Saul did? Your Ark is the symbol and the key you need to become the candidate of God.

The day the Ark was taken away from Isreal, that day Saul died. Most times we don't value some things until it's taken away from us. Don't die before you know you need the Ark of covenant in your life. Sometimes it's the tiniest things that can mean the difference in our life.

ACTION POINT: Reflect on your past, present and future, discover the Ark that is missing and work to get it back.

PRAYER: Oh Lord, release to me from wherever my Ark of covenant is hidden, Amen.
